Accountabilities

In this dynamic role, you will be the primary contact for our France team, addressing HR queries and guiding managers and employees through policies. You will support payroll, time, and attendance matters, manage leaves of absence, and handle requests for employment letters. Your expertise will be vital in improving our internal HR systems and resources. By coordinating global HR projects and staying informed about policy changes, you will ensure seamless processes that support our mission to deliver life-changing medicines. Essential Skills/Experience

- Min. 3-4 experience in HR field for French market

- Keen attention to details and focus on data accuracy

- Able to communicate fluently in English & French

- Knowledge of French labor law, mainly in the area of time & absence, disability at work, compensation elements.

- Experience with working on ticketing system

- Demonstratable ability to manage competing priorities efficiently

- Excellent communicator, with an ability to effectively interact with stakeholders to explain and execute HR policy.

- Proficient in Microsoft applications

- Proven ability to work with confidential data

- Ability to think analytically and able to effectively problem solve using creative solutions

- Flexibility and resourcefulness to change

Desirable Skills/Experience

- Experience of working in Comp/Benefit, HR Operations, HR Services

- Experience with Workday and/or ServiceNow or other HCMS

- HR qualification
